Abstract
This study aimed to identify the strategies and best practices that contribute to effective senior high school administration, with a focus on how strong leadership improves school performance and student outcomes. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods, the research gathered data from school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to explore key leadership practices. Among the most significant practices identified were clear communication, active stakeholder engagement, ongoing professional development, and the cultivation of a positive school culture. The findings revealed that effective school leaders adopt a combination of innovative, collaborative, and data-driven approaches, which in turn significantly enhance teaching quality, student achievement, and overall school performance. School leaders who were able to foster open communication channels and actively involve all stakeholders in decision-making were found to create a more inclusive and motivating learning environment. Moreover, the emphasis on professional development not only improved teachers' skills but also contributed to better student outcomes. The study concluded that continuous leadership development, alongside the consistent implementation of best practices, is crucial for sustaining a productive and resilient senior high school environment. By empowering leaders with the necessary tools and strategies, schools can achieve long-term success, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future academic and career endeavors.
