INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS 

FOR ARTICLE PUBLISHING (RESEARCH PAPERS, CREATIVE WORKS, ETC)

1. Before submitting your article/s, be sure that it has been edited by an English or a Filipino teacher/editor before submission. This is in order to come up with a well-written article free of facts and grammar errors. You may also use editing software. You must also register at https://orcid.org/ if you don't have an ORCID.

2. Submit your article in MS Word file (25 pages maximum) in A4 size, normal margin- 1 inch on all sides, Century Gothic, 14 font size for the title and 11 for the body text.

Position. Designation/ Affiliation


Write contents in paragraph form. Used IMRAD format for research papers: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and References.

Please do not format the title and name/s of the author in JPEG or PNG format. Avoid layout in columns. Remove any header and footer.

3. Follow the format before submission (See published articles).

4. Then, submit your article/s to the submission form where you also need to attach your article publication processing fee.

     Shipping fees (depends on the location & package)

5. Payment of the article publication processing  fee for accepted papers can be sent in any of the following:

6. The publication for WEC follows a peer-review process. After receving the paper, it is sent to the topic expert for blind review. The review process takes up to 3-5 working days. Manuscripts are judged based on the following criteria:

7. After the review process is completed, the authors will be informed about the reviewers' decision by email. The author/s will be given time to revise the manuscript until it is published.

8. Authors will be notified once their article is already published. It takes only 5-7 working days  (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded) after article submission for our online publications, and 6-12 months for the printed publications. Request for rush or express publication is also accepted but has additional cost.

9. Authors will receive certificates & other inclusions.

10. Authors may request additional documents that are not included in the inclusions but are subject to availability and may require additional payment.
