DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2017 – National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).
This order highlights the importance of professional development and research-based publications as part of the criteria for teacher evaluation and promotion.
Commission on Higher Education (CHED)
Pinagpala Publishing Services also adheres to the following CHED directives:
CHED Memorandum Order No. 26, s. 2021 – Policies, Standards, and Guidelines for Faculty Promotion and Ranking in Higher Education Institutions.
This memorandum specifies that publications in recognized journals or books from accredited publishers are a requirement for faculty ranking and promotion.
CHED Memorandum Order No. 13, s. 2013 – Guidelines on Graduation Requirements for Higher Education Institutions.
This order mandates that research outputs and publications from accredited publishers may be used to fulfill graduation requirements for students in higher education institutions.
