ABSTRACT
Literacy is the foundation of learning, but many Grade 7 students at San Carlos National High School face difficulties that slow down their progress. These gaps often happen because the materials used are too difficult and do not match their skills. The study aims to find out if Simplified Activity Sheets (SAS) can effectively improve their literacy performance.
Using SAS is expected to help students learn better by providing simple and engaging activities suited to their needs. It also hopes to make teaching more effectively in class. The results will guide educators in creating better materials to close learning gaps and support every learner.
