Abstract
The study explores the stress of level of English teachers in Del Carmen National High School handling English classes primarily driven by diverse students, heavy workloads, administrative tasks and classroom management. Teachers face numerous responsibilities in handling classes, including lesson preparation, classroom management, student assessment, and adapting to diverse learning needs. These responsibilities can contribute to varying levels of stress, potentially affecting their teaching performance and professional well-being.
This study aims to assess the stress levels of English teachers and identify the factors contributing to their stress while managing classes.
