Introduction
In the teaching profession, functions including communication and development of narrative reports are considered important. Language-related tasks such as writing effective directions, explanations or descriptions, however, may be difficult for non-linguistic teachers who lack adequate language ability. This can create challenges in properly communicating concepts and ideas in their publications. Language-based tasks such as reports and documentations are among the non-teaching related responsibilities of instructors. Moreover, Yamin-Ali’s (2021) findings also reflect the complicated nature of the teacher educator responsibilities when they are paired with the lecturer roles in a higher education institution. Data showed that in certain instances, non-teaching and non-research roles were understood through experience and not formal professional development. Needs were identified in peer evaluation, team leadership, chairing meetings, program coordination, starting a community of practice, public advocacy, department processes and staffing procedures and conflict resolution.
According to Remedios's (2020) research, teaching is a difficult profession because it necessitates a significant amount of time, effort, knowledge, and performance from teachers. She talked about the teacher reward system, professional training, and development, working environment quality, organizational commitment, and income and other benefits. It was also determined the extent of social support provided by teachers, such as family, friends, professional colleagues, church, and community affiliation, as well as the extent of work resilience, such as self-belief, optimism, purposeful direction, adaptability, ingenuity, challenge orientation, emotion regulation, and support seeking.
