Introduction
The present educational workplace is always evolving, teachers are being faced with new tasks, expectations, technology advancements and different demands of learners. Millennial instructors are a unique group of teachers whose experiences in the field have been affected by profound social, technical and workplace shifts.
However, the generational traits of teachers do not entirely account for their work experiences. It is therefore necessary to explore the real challenges instructors face inside their own professional environments. These experiences may lead to concerns about workload, professional expectations, interactions with others, technical requirements, career development and work-life balance. It provides instructors with an opportunity to voice their experiences, which may provide potential perspectives for school leaders and education managers to design workplace policies and support mechanisms that are relevant to the realities of millennial teachers.

It is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and promoting interdisciplinary research across diverse fields.
