Introduction
Printed modular instruction relies on the timely movement of learning packets between schools and households. Distribution can be affected by family availability, distance, transportation, and the cost of reaching learners. Retrieval may be complicated by late submissions, damaged or incomplete materials, and the same logistical constraints. These processes require coordination among teachers, parents, school personnel, and community partners.
This article focuses on the distribution and retrieval challenges reported by elementary teachers in various school divisions in Region 02 during School Year 2022–2023.
