Abstract
It is important to consider teacher well-being since those who feel positive and are supported tend to perform better in the classroom. This study looked at four main areas—stress management, job satisfaction, work–life balance, and school support—by focusing on public elementary school teachers in a number of schools in the Third District of Masbate, Philippines. The data, which were collected through voluntary Google Forms surveys and obtained with the prior consent of the participants, were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics. Generally, teachers are able to handle their daily stress and are satisfied with their jobs; nevertheless, both school support and work–life balance scored lower. The results show that even though teachers enjoy their work, heavy workloads make it difficult for them to keep their personal time. In order to assist teachers, school leaders should reduce unnecessary paperwork, adhere to the DepEd workload policies, and organize regular wellness activities.
