ABSTRACT
This study explores the experiences of non-teaching personnel in educational institutions as a significant yet often overlooked component of the academic community. It aims to analyze their daily work experiences, challenges, coping mechanisms, and values in order to propose insights that can improve workplace conditions and institutional support systems. Using a mixed-method approach, the study gathered both qualitative and quantitative data through a researcher-made questionnaire administered to selected non-teaching staff. The data were analyzed thematically and statistically to identify patterns in their experiences. Findings revealed that non-teaching personnel encounter challenges related to workload, recognition, and communication, yet they demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and strong work values. The study highlights the importance of acknowledging their role in maintaining the efficiency of educational institutions and recommends the development of support programs to enhance their well-being and productivity.
