Abstract
This study explores the role of school heads’ leadership, supervision, and feedback practices in improving teachers’ academic performance. It highlights that effective school heads act as leaders, organizers, and evaluators who promote collaboration, teamwork, and professional development among teachers. Prior studies show that communication, feedback, and inclusive decision-making significantly enhance teacher engagement and school performance, while exclusion from decision-making may lead to disengagement, stress, and reduced collaboration.
