Introduction
In the Philippines, pre-school services, also known as Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) are provided by local government units to prepare children for formal schooling through holistic development through play and learning experiences. Early childhood education is crucial for young children's lives. However Insufficient high-quality educators, poor instruction, and policies that may not be effectively executed can hinder early childhood education, which can negatively impact the learning outcomes of young learners. Institutions must assess customer satisfaction particularly among parents, to evaluate the quality of services.
Statement of the problem:
1. To What extent do parents’ express satisfaction with (ECCD) services, specifically regarding: (a) Quality of teaching, (b) School facilities, (c) School management and Policies, (d) Child experience in School?
2. What specific areas do parents identify as needing improvement in the services provided by (ECCD)?
3. Does parental gender significantly influence the levels of satisfaction with Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) services?
