Abstract
This study examined the implementation of the Senior High School Work Immersion Program in private schools in Rizal to develop an Enhanced Work Immersion Framework. It evaluated curriculum implementation, work immersion delivery, student assessment, supervision, administrative concerns, and learners’ performance in work attitude, knowledge, personality, and competencies. Using a descriptive correlational design, data were gathered through a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. Results showed strong program implementation, with student assessment rated highest and supervision weakest. Learners performed well, though work knowledge was lowest. Findings informed the development of an improved framework to strengthen supervision, administration, and industry alignment.
