ABSTRACT
This study aimed to find out the different factors influencing time management of Senior High School students at Rondina-Atendido National High school. Specifically, it looked into the common problems students face and the ways they try to manage their time well. The study used a descriptive research design and gathered data from 20 students using survey questionnaires.
Based on the results, the main reasons why students struggle to manage their time are excessive use of social media and procrastination. Despite this challenges, students try to use strategies like limiting screen time and using planners or to-do lists to organize their tasks. However, they still find it hard to stay focused and avoid distractions.
Therefore, the study concludes that digital distractions and lack of self-discipline are the biggest challenges for students. To solve this, it is important for students practice self-control, while parents and teachers should help create a conducive study environment and guide them on how to use their time wisely.
