ABSTRACT
This qualitative descriptive case study explored the lived experiences of ARAL Tutors in enhancing learners' reading performance in selected schools in La Paz North District. Data from ten purposively selected Tutors were collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, and reflective journals and analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings revealed that Tutors strengthened instructional readiness through experience, collaboration, self-directed learning, and adaptability; applied learner-centered instructional strategies; encountered implementation challenges; and emphasized commitment, dedication, passion, and learner-centeredness in strengthening ARAL implementation and improving reading performance.
