Abstract
This study explored the leadership styles and professional challenges of 10 female teachers at Celera Inocencio Central School. Through a mixed-methods approach, the research found that these educators were highly experienced and active in professional development. The results showed that they "always" practiced Democratic Leadership, prioritizing teamwork and shared decision-making. However, they faced significant hurdles, including difficult student behavior, heavy paperwork, and the "double burden" of balancing school duties with household chores and physical tasks. Despite these problems, the teachers remained dedicated by setting clear boundaries, using resourcefulness, and holding meetings to solve miscommunications. The study suggested that the school should provide better training, simplify administrative tasks, and support work-life balance to help these teachers continue to succeed.
