As the backbone of diagnostic medicine, medical technologist must possess absolute precision, deep theoretical knowledge, and rapid critical thinking skills. However, the educational ecosystem shaping these future professionals faces unique hurdles. Both instructors trying to deliver high-quality training and students striving to absorb it encounter distinct systemic and academic challenges.
